5. User-Submitted Reviews
Users who submit reviews of software platforms represent that their review reflects a genuine, firsthand experience with the software. By submitting a review, you grant BookMySoftware a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and use that review on the platform.
BookMySoftware reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these terms, appear fraudulent, or are deemed misleading. Reviews should be submitted to reviews@bookmysoftware.com.
6. Vendor Profiles
Software vendors may claim their profile on the platform by contacting the BookMySoftware team. Claiming a profile does not grant the vendor the right to alter or remove independently published Quality Check Team assessments. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that claimed profile information is accurate and up to date.
BookMySoftware reserves the right to remove claimed profiles that violate these terms or that contain misleading commercial claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the BookMySoftware platform — including Quality Check Team assessments, category descriptions, comparison tables, and editorial copy — is the intellectual property of BookMySoftware and is protected by applicable copyright law. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of platform content without written permission is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers
The information provided on BookMySoftware is for general informational purposes only. Quality Check Team assessments represent the professional opinion of the research team at the time of publication and should not be construed as a guarantee of software performance or suitability for any specific business use case.
The platform does not endorse any specific software product, and software rankings or ratings should be considered as one input among many in a buyer's decision process.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BookMySoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the platform, including decisions made on the basis of platform content.
10. Termination
